Influence of Organisational Culture on the Performance of the Contadero Dairy Association (ASOLACC)

Research conducted on the organisational culture of the ASOLACC Dairy Association in the municipality of El Contadero revealed that it played a crucial role in performance, work motivation and institutional image. Positive elements such as cooperation, solidarity and commitment among its members were identified. However, negative aspects such as resistance to change, lack of transparency and limited participation in decision-making were also detected. These factors directly influenced productivity, staff satisfaction and the external perception of the organisation. Through the analysis of theories such as those of Denison, Schein and Cameron & Quinn, it was understood that a strong, balanced organisational culture aligned with ASOLACC's mission strengthened the sense of belonging, promoted innovation, improved the working environment and allowed for better adaptation to the competitive environment. It was concluded that by offering growth opportunities, fostering a positive work environment and strengthening participatory leadership, the association could increase its effectiveness and sustainability. In addition, it was determined that ASOLACC's organisational culture not only influenced its internal performance, but also had a significant impact on the economic and social development of the municipality. Finally, the research served as a basis for the formulation of strategies to improve human talent management and consolidate a solid, adaptive organisational culture oriented towards collective well-being.
