The main objective of the study is to develop guidelines for a regulatory framework aimed at regulating the application of artificial intelligence, prioritizing the protection of the right to work and job stability. Likewise, it seeks to analyze the impact of AI on labor rights and its influence on the future of work in the country. The methodology used was qualitative, focused on the analysis of existing information and the interpretation of current law. The dogmatic-legal method was applied, which allowed for the systematization and examination of norms, laws, and legal proposals. The population consisted of lawyers, while the sample was limited to twenty professionals in the field. The data collection instrument was the interview, through which professional perspectives on the topic were obtained. The results show that the current Peruvian legal framework presents regulatory gaps and lacks effective protection mechanisms against the impact of AI. It is concluded that the impact of AI will be imminent; therefore, the creation of specific laws is necessary to guarantee a fair transition, promote labor training, and ensure the ethical coexistence between technology and human labor.
