It was a basic research study with a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational in nature. The population consisted of users of a provincial municipality, and the sample consisted of 300 of them. Data were collected using a survey technique, with structured questionnaires: one with 11 items to measure administrative simplification and another with 9 items to evaluate citizen services. The information was processed using SPSS statistical software version 25. The findings showed that administrative simplification has a direct and significant relationship with citizen services, with a Spearman correlation coefficient (Rho) of 0.640 and a p-value of 0.000, confirming the hypothesis and concluding that the relationship between the two variables is positive.
